The Group holds a comprehensive portfolio of qualifications across the power industry value chain, including Class I EPC qualifications for power engineering and M&E engineering construction; Class I specialty contracting for power transmission and transformation engineering; a Class I license for the installation, repair, and testing of power facilities; Class I specialty contracting for architectural decoration and renovation and architectural M&E installation; Class II EPC qualifications for port and waterway, building, and municipal utilities engineering; Class II specialty contracting for offshore oil, port and coastal, electronic and intelligent, fire protection facilities, foundation, and steel structure engineering; professional design qualifications for power transmission and transformation and lighting engineering; CMA-accredited power inspection and testing; and construction labor services. With 8 advanced ships for piling, lifting, and submarine cable installation, the Group is also investing in the "2+N" international deepwater offshore wind O&M system. It is the privately operated enterprise with the largest owned fleet and the most comprehensive and advanced ship capabilities in China’s offshore wind construction sector.

Dejing Group operates in more than 20 provinces across China and has expanded into overseas markets including the Middle East and Africa. Its clients include leading energy enterprises at home and abroad, such as State Grid & China Southern Power Grid (the "Two Grids"), the "Five Major Power Generation Groups", "Six Other Power Generators", provincial energy groups, and large listed companies. To date, the Group has completed more than 300 medium- and large-scale power engineering projects, installed over 3,000 kilometers of submarine cable across more than 40 offshore wind farms, and participated in the construction of nearly 30 offshore booster stations and onshore centralized control centers. Its submarine cable installation market share ranks first in Fujian and among the top nationwide.

In recognition of its strong business performance, Dejing Group became the first construction enterprise in Ningde to be jointly accredited as a "Fujian Provincial Enterprise Technology Center" by the Fujian Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and seven other authorities. The Group has repeatedly been named a provincial and municipal "Contract-honoring and Credit-reliable Enterprise" and an "Advanced Company" for Work Safety in Fujian’s power industry. It has received the 4th Ningde Quality Award and honors for outstanding contributions to economic development in the Dongqiao Economic and Technological Development Zone; been listed among Fujian’s Top 100 Strategic Emerging Industry Enterprises and Ningde’s Top 30 Leading Construction Enterprises; and been rated by the China Electricity Council as a "Power Industry Credit System Demonstration Enterprise" and an "AAA-rated Credit Enterprise". Projects in which it participated have received the "Luban Prize", National Quality Engineering Award, China Installation Star Award, China Electric Power Quality Project Award, "Minjiang Cup" Quality Project Award, and State Grid Quality Project Award.
